由中國大陸北京市旅遊行業協會主辦的「美麗北京台灣行」北京旅遊推廣活動，今天到宜蘭行銷，邀請民眾到北京觀光旅遊。

在北京市旅遊行業協會陪同下，近50名來自北京的鐵馬行愛好者上午從新北市福隆出發，展開為期6天的環台行程，並先後於宜蘭、屏東墾丁與南投，各舉辦一場北京旅遊推廣活動。

這群團體下午抵達宜蘭之後，於宜蘭市紅磚屋前廣場舉辦推廣介紹活動，現場發送北京旅遊相關資料給民眾。

北京市旅遊行業協會常務副會長方澤華說，這次他們以低碳、環保的自行車之旅來到宜蘭，除了希望向宜蘭民眾介紹北京市的觀光之外，也盼望促進北京與宜蘭兩個城市的友誼與交流。

「目前正值北京金秋送爽的季節」方澤華說，在秋冬時，北京有楓紅美景，還有黃色的銀杏與雪景，之後春天百花齊放、夏天有荷花。

此外，北京還有長城、故宮、周口店、頤和園、明十三陵與天壇共6處由聯合國教科文組織認證的世界文化遺產，歡迎前往探索北京各地之美。

英國每日郵報報導，麻省理工學院校友韋德（Brandan Wade）研發的新手機約會程式「胡蘿蔔約會」（Carrot Dating），是以男性替追求者購買禮物的方式，邀請佳人見面約會。

上述程式允許用戶在女性面前晃動「胡蘿蔔」，可能是珠寶、一束花、一桶汽油或甚至整形手術，藉此打動芳心。「胡蘿蔔約會」的新聞稿寫道：「給狗一根骨頭，它會服從。送禮物給女人，她會...。」

有人批評新程式「性別歧視」，認為這項行為與「嫖妓」無異，專家認為以賄賂方式尋找戀情，長久下來行不通。

韋德說，他的靈感來自母親，而且新程式可協助醜男克服網路約會的一道障礙。

防雷 看完第一集讓我這個老人深深被劇中大量的隱喻所吸引 也興起了試圖解謎的想法 當作觀影之外的一種樂趣 第一集中 很多人對帥氣的反派機器人"拉普拉斯"Laplace的型號深有感覺 (轉身回去看厚重的工程數學課本) 也期待 更複雜的傅立葉轉換(喂) 但對木村的機器人型號 ARX II-13 深表不解 既不帥氣 感覺也無意義 就像個車牌號碼 對 其實她有可能就是個車牌號碼 因為看到幕後製作團隊有"庵野秀明"這個名字 就在猜想影響他的科幻作品 應該有機會被他拿來致敬惡搞 再加上劇名中LLOYD "Android"的關係 經典科幻電影銀翼殺手(1982)就成為我解碼的重要憑據 有以下三個原因 : 1.庵野秀明深受這部經典科幻電影的影響，應該說銀翼殺手Blade Runner幾乎改變了 全世界科幻電影的走向 2.銀翼殺手的原著 菲利浦狄克寫的 Do Androids dream of electric sheeps? 中華職棒年度個人獎項昨天投票，最佳進步獎有7人入圍，新人獎也有5位球員候選，競爭都很激烈，但這兩項個人獎的資格限定不夠周全，未來可能會修改。

今年最佳進步獎有林晨樺、增菘瑋、余德龍、林宗男、郭健瑜、陳凱倫、林恩宇進入候選名單，是入圍人數最多的獎項。

新人獎部分，羅錦龍、陳鴻文、高國輝、郭修延、林瑋恩都是候選人，但羅錦龍、陳鴻文、高國輝具有旅外經驗，提名時引發熱烈討論。

最佳進步獎的遴選標準，都是和前1年比較，但有媒體記者認為，前1年受傷，隔年成績進步機率較大，並不符合獎項本意。

此外，「二年級生」的進步也比較明顯，和最佳進步獎的設置本意有些出入，這些都是未來應該修正資格限制的方向。

依照聯盟現有規定，旅外球員除非有美職大聯盟、日職一軍資歷，加入中職後的第1年都具備新人參選資格。

羅錦龍、陳鴻文、高國輝因此被提名候選，但在客觀的競爭條件上，他們本來就比一般新人更具優勢，也讓這個獎項的立意不盡完善。

中職年度個人獎項由棒球記者負責票選，「棒球記者聯誼會」打算針對獎項資格疑慮提出建議案，但須聯盟討論通過後才能修改。

今年年度MVP入圍球員分別是費古洛、林晨樺、林益全、林泓育，張泰山；頒獎典禮預定總冠軍賽結束後、11月6日在中油國光廳舉行。

標題 [抱怨] 保生圖書館自修室用電腦
