獲得2013年諾貝爾和平獎的「禁止化學武器組織」（OPCW）16日表示，敘利亞臚列的20個化武地點，他們已對其中11個完成調查。

OPCW與聯合國目前約有60名專家在敘利亞銷毀化武。他們將在明年6月底前完全銷毀敘國化武。敘國發生化武攻擊後，因擔心遭到國際攻擊而交出化武清單。（法新社）

現在中國大學生的就業及職業發展情況很不樂觀。究其原因，一個是前幾年高校只重數量、不重品質的盲目擴招，使得畸形教育培養的「得分王」型人才，眼高手低，很難勝任社會的實際需要。另一個因素是權錢當道，大批官x代、富x代等「土豪」後代們，依靠龐大、強勢的家族背景及多年編織的密如蛛網般的各種社會關係，堵塞了普通年輕人的上升通道。

而且，各地政府的房地產型經濟及鼓吹的所謂「剛需」謬論，使年輕人形成了剛工作就準備買房的觀念，從而在事業未成的情況下過早淪為房奴；盲目攀比造成結婚費用逐年快速上漲到至少數十萬元的水準；……

年輕人面對上述多種幾乎喘不過氣來的經濟壓力，在理想和物欲的選擇之間，應該如何規劃、實現自己的人生目標呢？

在絕望中尋找希望，人生終將輝煌

首先，人生一定要有希望和理想，尤其是年輕人。筆者很贊同俞敏洪給新東方確定的校訓：「在絕望中尋找希望，人生終將輝煌。」精神力量是無窮的，被現實折磨的失去理想是最可怕的。

2008年，汶川大地震後，筆者資助了幾位當地農村學生，並不斷灌輸他們「在絕望中尋找希望，人生終將輝煌」的信念。其中一個當年高考的學生家境非常不好，除了燈泡，家裡沒有一樣帶電的東西。但就是憑著堅強的信念，在國內讀本科期間，在保證專業成績優秀的基礎上，攻下了託福和GRE。前不久，終於實現了留學美國的夢想。

當然，出國只是一條改變人生境遇的途徑，絕大多數年輕人還是要在國內工作、生活。筆者想告訴你們的是，即便在國內工作，眼光也要放遠一點，不要被眼前利益迷惑。人生軌跡由低到高的曲線是最美的。

剛工作的幾年中，不要在意收入高低。大家在打牌中都知道，「先贏的是紙，後贏的是錢。」工作中也一樣，最後的笑才是痛快的。

現在這個社會，有背景確實很重要，但大多數沒有背景的年輕人，要充分利用30歲前的這幾年，透過「起得比雞早，睡得比狗晚，幹得比驢多，吃得比豬差」，儘快提高自己的專業能力，溝通、人際關係、團隊合作及管理能力，累積社會經驗、閱歷和人脈，打下使自己今後成為「背景」的基礎。

如題想請問各位... 前天剛拿到的Z1， 有保護殼沒有摔到沒有撞擊沒有任何意外， 雖然昨天在電量約剩20%多的時候就螢幕閃爍自動關機， 但馬上就自動開機恢復正常。 But!!!!!!!!!! 但今天就在剛剛電量約20%多的時候螢幕開始閃爍然後又自動關機了， 然後到現在它就沒有再醒來了... 就算接上電源也沒有反應， 電池是內鑲的也不能拔出， 想請問目前是否有任何解決方案? 還是只能明天到門市去換了...Q_Q (雖然聽說Sony手機常常有問題但沒有想到苦主成了自己囧) (個人覺得20%沒有很誇張啊...) 謝謝大家！(_ _) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.41.33 ※ 編輯: LydiaPeng 來自: 119.14.41.33 (10/16 23:27)

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台中市有一名孝子，母親在世時，每天晨昏定省請安，兩年多前母親過世，他天天上班前、下班後都到墓前清掃祭拜，近一千個日子風雨無阻。

《蘋果》報導，住大雅區的王國章（六十歲）在塑膠射出工廠工作，每天上午七時許，拎著兩桶水、掃帚、梳子從家中出發，到母親的墓園整理環境。下班後又到母親的墓園說：「我下班了。」近千個日子，王國章每天兩次到墓園，就算颱風天墓園淹水，他還是頂著風雨、涉水向母親報平安。

日前蘋果 CEO Tim Cook 在給員工的公開信裡，宣布將聘任英國傳統精品 Burberry 的 CEO Angela Ahrendts，擔任懸缺近一年的 Apple Store 零售部門資深副總裁。

Tim Cook 為了表達對這位新任零售部門領導人的強力支持，不僅禮遇她明年初上任，不必馬上面對巨大挑戰的年底銷售旺季 （感恩節、聖誕節到新年）；甚至連 Apple Store Online 也劃入為她量身打造的管理範圍。而 Ahrendts 身為英國最高薪的 CEO （她在 Burberry 一年的薪資加股票共 1,690 萬英鎊，折合近新台幣 8 億元）。蘋果挖角開出的待遇想必不會差到哪裡去；反正蘋果多的是現金，這點明年第一季她上任之後就可以從蘋果財報上確認。

Angela Ahrendts 這位女士究竟是何方神聖，能讓蘋果這個世界最有價值品牌，開出這麼好的條件極力網羅？

我們可以從兩個角度來看，一個是 Apple Store 的發展策略跟近期的挑戰，另一個是從 Ahrendts 本身的能力與經驗來看。

Apple Store 要的不是裁員思維

筆者在Apple Store 發展策略一文提到，Apple Store 是 Steve Jobs 跟前 Target 資深副總裁 Ron Johnson 聯手打造。兩人從概念到執行，從一開始的實驗店拓展到今日佈滿全球的規模。

Ron Johnson 在 2011 年底離開 Apple 之後，接任百貨公司 J.C. Penny 的董事長；但顯然水土不服，始終無法止住 J.C. Penny 的巨額虧損，上任 17 個月後黯然下台。

另一方面蘋果尋尋覓覓 Johnson 的接班人，情況也沒好到哪。在 Ron Johnson 離職 6 個月後，Tim Cook 找來了英國電器零售商 Dixons （現被 Currys 併購）的 CEO John Browett 接替，希望借重他在歐洲的賣場管理經驗拓展歐洲市場。然而 John Browett 跟蘋果文化格格不入，9 個月後就捲鋪蓋走人。這個位置就此懸缺了快一年，一直由 Tim Cook 兼任。

John Browett 的背景漂亮優秀 — 劍橋大學與賓州大學華頓商學院的 MBA，擔任過 Boston Consulting Group 的顧問，以及 Tesco 跟 Dixons 的高階主管。履歷可圈可點。

然而他跟蘋果最大的文化差異，是對零售店的主要目的認知不同。Browett 是零售賣場管理出身，重視銷售坪效、讓使用者能快速找到想要的產品與結帳。
