大陸北方零售巨頭物美商業與泰國正大集團旗下的卜蜂蓮花昨日共同宣布，物美商業將收購蔔蜂蓮花在北京、上海及其他省份36家門店的業務；但廣東和湖南除外，交易方式為相互持股。

新快報今日報導，由於卜蜂蓮花持續虧損，因此這次門店出售被業界視為未來將撤出大陸市場的訊號。業內認為，儘管卜蜂蓮花虧損，但華東區門店位置正好彌補物美商業在華東區的弱勢。而越來越頻繁的資本運作，也折射出零售業盈利越來越困難。

廣東流通業商會執行會長黃文傑分析，對卜蜂蓮花而言，將上海等地業務交由物美，自身持股，可著重發展湘粵兩地；對物美而言，收購36家門店後在華北和華東區域規模擴張，取得區域性優勢，而認購股權後又能賺華南區的錢，「雙方是很平等的關係，都不是規模大、門店多的，專注做區域性會更好。」

他還指出，雖然之前卜蜂蓮花發出公告否認競標百佳，但並不意味著集團放棄競購，卜蜂蓮花所屬的正大集團，仍有可能成為百佳的接盤方，專攻華南市場。

【胡治言／綜合報導】小S（徐熙娣）捲入パン（音同胖）達人炒股風波，有消息指出，案發前小S曾刺泰國法力刺青，被質疑圖騰是否被跨過或是沒守戒律，才會導致厄運上身。

今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，有爆料人指出，小S案發前曾給頗負盛名的阿贊刺上有泰國法力刺青圖騰，為免被發現，還刻意選擇油刺（透明刺青），但因每個法力刺青圖騰都有不同的戒律，若未守戒律，法力會因此失效，小S因此遭質疑是犯了戒律才會招致厄運。

對此，熟知法力刺青的人解釋，未守戒律法力刺青也只會失效，不會招來厄運。而《壹週刊》致電徐媽媽多次，至截稿為止都沒接電話，小S經紀人Joanne電話則轉至語音信箱，無法得知小s回應。

【鍾裕能／綜合報導】美聯冠軍第3戰，紅襪在老虎賽揚強投韋蘭德(Justin Verlander)的壓制下前6局掛蛋，但7局上5棒一壘手拿坡里(Mike Napoli)中外野的陽春砲，突破了雙方的僵局，加上牛棚的強力守成，紅襪以1比0獲勝，在系列戰取得2勝1敗的優勢。
              
紅襪面臨最大危機是在8局下一、三壘有人時，所幸兩位日籍投手田澤純一、上原浩治連續賞給老虎3、4棒的卡布瑞拉(Miguel Cabrera)、費爾德(Prince Fielder)三振，保住1分領先。9局上，上原雖被敲出1支安打，但即時的雙殺加上三振，讓老虎反攻無效。
 
韋蘭德今投8局僅被敲4安、飆10K，但拿坡里的陽春砲讓他吞敗。紅襪先發雷奇(John Lackey)投6.2局，也被擊出4安，投出生涯季後賽最多的8次三振，拿下勝投。
