高雄市觀光局副局長劉顯惠說，中國大陸春秋航空上海飛高雄航線10月底將首航，應可吸引更多自由行陸客南進南出。

劉顯惠昨天代表高雄市政府赴上海參加春秋航空舉辦的「上海-高雄航線」直航記者會，做上述表示。

春秋航空為大陸飛進台灣的第一家廉價航空，10月27日將首航上海直飛高雄航線，每週3班往返，每週三、五、日起飛。

劉顯惠表示，自開放大陸旅客來台自由行後，市府一直積極爭取兩岸航班，如今促成春秋航空首航高雄，相信未來僅2小時10分鐘的滬高航線，將會吸引更多自由行的遊客，讓遊客來台灣以高雄為核心向外擴散，達到南進南出的目標。

劉顯惠說，大陸旅遊法上路後，短期內高雄陸團市場多少會受影響，但相信高雄對自由行陸客仍具吸客引力，因為高雄早已結合觀光業界提供多項優惠方案，並透過各種機會促銷，更與大陸旅遊局合作，旅客互送，共拓市場並推動優質旅遊。

她又說，深度旅遊是高雄一直推動的重點，配合多元主題規劃行程並推出優惠方案，目的是吸引旅客增加停留天數；近來黃色小鴨進駐高雄，颳起的小鴨旋風也帶動旅遊人次及住宿購物業產值，相信滬高航程，將會帶來更多自由行遊客。
