新北市議員陳明義昨天與卡介苗受害家屬開記者，批評卡介苗接種風險高，卻沒有事前告知，給民眾選擇是否施打的權利，施打後易發病期未主動追蹤，受害又無法得到合理的賠償。

陳明義昨天與小孩因卡介苗接種脊髓受感染的曾姓夫妻等人開記者會，曾太太說，三歲半女兒「小虎妹」出生後不久就依規定接種卡介苗，一歲半時不明原因發燒，四處就醫，燒就是不退。最後經投予抗結核菌素才退燒。

曾太太哽咽說，病情控制約15天後，發現「小虎妹」的胸椎第7、8、9節受損、化膿，經開刀治療及取樣檢驗，這時才知原是接種卡介苗造成的，必須穿「鐵衣」矯正。

現在，「小虎妹」每天醒來第一件事就是穿上鐵衣，直到晚上就寢才能脫下。有時她會天真的問「為什麼只有我要穿？」

陳明義表示，歐美國家已不強制對新生兒施打卡介苗疫苗，新北市每年約有18萬新生兒，冒著施打疫苗被感染的風險。政府在施打前應詳細告知家長有什麼風險，讓家長選擇打或不打。

陳明義質疑國內每年新生兒約20萬人，政府卻每年採購80萬劑，而且是每劑可施打30人，造成庫存高，每年都在使用快過期的疫苗。

新北市衛生局疾管科長李佳琪表示，卡介苗確是病毒感染發生率最高的疫苗；但因評估國內結核病發生率高，經專家討論決定全面接種卡介苗。

她說，疫苗是由中央統一提供，施打前都加強衛教，告知可能發生的感染，對於受害者也全力提供協助。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻被爆在大埔張藥房頭七隔天蹺班泡湯，隔天外出見縣民車禍未下車協助。劉政鴻今天上午回應，他每天上午6時上班，將近8年，「鄉親都知道」，當天下班後、近6時才去泡湯，「鄉親也不會那麼苛刻」 ；車禍事故，劉政鴻拿出通聯記錄說，當天他親自打電話給119。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，劉政鴻在大埔張藥房頭七隔天，下午簡單巡視了2個工地，各花不到十分鐘，4時30分就離開縣府赴泰安泡溫泉。

隔天外出時，劉政鴻遇縣民出車禍，倒在馬路上，座車大剌剌繞過；劉政鴻回應，當時已有警員在案發現場，但沒有救護車，他立即打119，還出示通聯記錄。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】國外一群科學家集合全球17間廠商的零件，打造從腎臟、循環系統到視網膜，全身均以人工組件砌成的「生化人」(Bionic Man)，本周在美國亮相。

該生化人的臉部，以瑞士蘇黎世大學36歲社會心理學家梅耶(Bertolt Meyer)的臉部基礎，他天生沒有左手前臂，需要裝上生化義肢。而生化人約有185公分高，擁有60%至70%的人類功能，可以踏步、坐下和站立，體內還有人工心臟、人工血液及人工腎臟等，但暫未有消化系統、肝臟、皮膚和腦部等。

【王毓健／綜合報導】2014年巴西世界盃足球賽凌晨又有3隊從資格賽出線，歐洲區比利時、德國、瑞士均告捷，提前1輪鎖定分組龍頭地位，確定踢進會內32強。

歐洲區資格賽共分9組踢循環賽，分組榜首直接搶下門票，分組第2取8隊捉對廝殺踢附加賽決定另4個名額。

我比較過東區的還有台北車站的IELTS補習班，大部分的補習班都是1本1本上，1期1期買，所以想要補到7.0分的程度，5~6期算下來都要7~8萬了，而我最後是選擇在台北車站的菁英IELTS中心上，因為他們是一次買6期沒考到7.0再送4期的課程才4萬多。

而且菁英的排課、補課彈性，他們有網路的排課系統，對於是上班族的我在學習的安排與補課上彈性多了，而菁英在北部有8間分校，這8間分校都是直營的，所有的分校用的教材與進度表都是一樣的，所以我也可以彈性地在東區、士林與板橋補課，還有菁英的老師很多也都是IELTS正式考的口試官老師，所以菁英的師資我目前上過的我都還滿習慣、滿喜歡的。

最後還有一個超棒的線上考古題講解的課程，叫做雅思大蒐秘，裡面收集歷屆最常出的的考古題，包含天文~地理/環保等等，可以有效的加強對IELTS的背景知識跟專有名詞，獲取IELTS高分，所以您可以去網路搜尋菁英了解一下~

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】一位曾在洛杉磯的性產業中擔任「視訊玩伴」（cam-girl）的女孩，日前在時尚資訊網站Refinery29撰文描述自己的心路歷程。她坦承自己為了高薪入行，而且很享受和客人互動的過程，但「視訊玩伴」的心態已讓她分不清哪個是真實世界，因此決定退出這個花花世界。

這個女孩化名「狐美眉」（Abigail Fox），自稱2009年還住在洛杉磯時，因為頭路難找，竟被一則「不用親身下海，保證日賺5百美金（約1.5萬台幣）」的小廣告吸引，於是決定上工。她第一天先由「學姊」帶入門，看著前輩對著筆電的視訊攝影機賣弄風騷，然後就被丟到自己的小房間「接客」。

「狐美眉」的第一個「恩客」是個只想找人聊天的男子，結果兩人竟聊了3小時，為她帶來270元美金（約8千元台幣）的收入。「狐美眉」說，她在視訊裡的身份是「22歲的研究生」，客人除了想要她裝成他們的情人，也常要求她寬衣解帶。她漸漸開始享受擺弄自己的軀體、對著鏡頭吸吮手指，然後看著客人打字說自己正在自慰（客人看得到她，但她看不到客人）。

「狐美眉」說，當她可以在家工作，因為少了中間的抽成，她的收入也比過去增加。她發現有客人要求她「說幾句英文」，後來才曉得自己待的視訊網站有半數都是烏克蘭來的漂亮美眉，而且每分鐘只要2美元（約60元台幣）就願意表演高潮，她自己也被當成了外國妹。

「狐美眉」會離開這一行，是因為她有次跟男友親熱時，就像自己在工作時的表現，狐媚地褪去自己的褲子，這讓她的男友抱怨：「這也是妳從工作學來的嗎？妳能不能脫了衣服上床就好？」 「狐美眉」不想被男友討厭，於是決定結束自己「視訊玩伴」的身份，沒有向老客人道別、也沒有關掉自己在視訊網站上的帳號，默默地從視訊網站消失。
