【陳嘉恩／台北報導】環保聯盟、鹽寮反核自救會等團體今上午舉行記者會，宣告後天雙十節上午將在立法院前舉行「雙十反核四」行動，升起反核公民旗，要求核四立即停建。環保聯盟創會會長施信民說，若政府沒有遵照多數民意來停止興建核四，將要求倒閣、立院解散、總統下台。環團也發起民間版的反核四公投連署，要用人民的力量來終結核四。

在場團體代表高喊口號：「反核公民升旗來，擁核總統滾下台！」鹽寮反核自救會會長吳文樟說，呼籲馬政府不要再欺騙台灣人民，核四廠不斷增加預算，根本是詐欺台灣人民的血汗錢，若馬不廢核四，支持度恐從9％變成「地上趴」。廢核行腳成員高清南說，雙十節當天反核民眾也將從核四廠出發發起行腳活動，要花84天時間徒步環台，歡迎民眾參加完升旗活動後，到貢寮參與行腳。

財政部公布最新國債鐘，截至2013年9月底止，中央政府一年以上債務未償餘額5兆1,223億元，短期債務未償餘額2,244億元；平均每人負債22.9萬元，較上月減少1,000元。

9月中央政府一年以上長期債務未償餘額5兆1,223億元，呈現不增不減的情形；但短期債務未償餘額2,244億元，則減少304億元。財政部表示，因為短債減少，平均每人負擔債務因此從8月的23萬元降至22.9萬元，微減1,000元。

如果是我的話 買顆好點的128G/120G SSD 然後用磁碟複製軟體(如Acronis True Image)， 把OS複製到新的SSD上面。 然後把你的Transcend這顆評價較差的SSD拿來純放遊戲... 這樣子算是比較有感的效能提升... 至於哪顆，版上和儲存版有討論串 例如 #1IKhpwRT (PC_Shopping) #1IETA_nb (PC_Shopping) #1GZO8-2r (PC_Shopping) #1HD7ojaH (PC_Shopping) 請自行參考後選擇 -- 心沒有大小 也沒有形狀 看不出形體 更秤不出重量 但 它確實會受傷 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.126.254.63

台灣的電影本來就需要保護啊 問題是你保護的方式是給他魚吃還是教他釣魚嘛 直接扣5%很明顯就是直接塞給他魚吃 試問這些直接拿魚就吃的會有什麼長進? 尤其是有個叫朱延平的人特別會搶 其他人只能舔他吃剩的魚骨而已 配額政策也很智障啊 今天你家小孩唸書不爭氣 你的作法是把比他更會唸書的小孩趕出他的班上這樣對嘛? 最好的作法就是鼓勵民間企業資助拍片的減稅政策 你看魔人烏波為了減稅 自己下海狂拍濫片不是嘛? 如果民間企業覺得贊助拍片有利可圖 老闆還會捧著錢到導演家請他拍片勒 但是台灣的慣老闆當然沒這麼好叫得動 在不知道片子能不能賣座的情況下 片子不賺但至少能夠幫忙減稅 這些慣老闆會不心動嘛? 又 拍片方拿這些慣老闆的錢 他就得繃著神經好好拍片 如果片子不賣 一次兩次... 再多次一點你想會有哪個康安敢拿錢贊助的? 片子如果賣了 慣老闆就會覺得 有得節稅 片子賣了又能分紅 超爽der 這是一種良性循環 朱延平再怎麼神通廣大 拿著企業朋友的錢拍片也不敢亂來 可如果拿的是政府補助金 隨便拍我老朱都賺 賠也是賠納稅人的錢 白痴才會認真拍片 不過話又說回來了 政府最不可能實施的政策就是這步 要他少收錢 這不是要他的命嘛? 所以台灣的電影基本上沒救了 他是注定不會釣魚了 多抽個5%多點魚給他吃只是讓他多茍延殘喘一陣子而已 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.123.180
