慶祝英格蘭足球總會成立150週年，在威廉王子建議下，白金漢宮今天首度在後花園舉行足球賽，邀請英國歷史最悠久的2支業餘足球隊競技，威廉警告球員：別把窗戶踢破了。

這是白金漢宮成立308年以來首度舉行足球賽。

威廉在現場觀賽，但是他的祖母女王伊麗莎白二世不在場。

威廉王子目前擔任英國足球總會（FootballAssociation）會長，比賽由1863年成立、來自倫敦金融城的Civil Service隊，與1875年成立、來自倫敦西區的Polytechnic隊競賽。

曾在2010年南非舉行的世界盃足球賽擔任裁判的韋柏（Howard Webb）擔任裁判。

白金漢宮每年夏天會在占地39英畝的後花園舉行派對，過去也曾舉辦過音樂會、商品展售會和拳擊比賽，這將是破天荒在白金漢宮舉行足球賽，女王伊麗莎白二世批准舉辦比賽的建議。

自9月份起，溫布利球場（Wembley Stadium）負責草地管理人員，開始和王室的園丁展開草地整建準備工作，去除枯黃老死的草皮，種植新草皮，確定長110碼（100.5公尺）及寬65碼（59.4公尺）的足球場地能完美登場。

Polytechnic隊經理布朗（Geoff Brown）表示，參賽的2隊隊員得知可以在白金漢宮比賽的消息都十分興奮，無不摩拳擦掌用心準備。

這場足球比賽邀請200名貴賓參加，威廉王子親自主持這場別開生面的足球比賽，同時頒獎給150名志工。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】菲特颱風遠離台灣後已在中國登陸，並減弱成為熱帶性低氣壓，但仍為浙江、福建等地帶來持續暴雨，浙江寧波市鄞州區橫街鎮，今天(7日)出現突發性土石流，多間民房被埋，現場有20多人被困。當地消防正在趕往現場救援，具體傷亡情況還有待進一步證實。

根據中國國家防汛局的統計，浙江福建兩省已經累計超過450萬人受災，並有超過2000間房屋倒塌，災情慘重。

個人覺得何必要用政治角度來看這件事呢?
人家想做什麼有他的自由，而且Toyz本來就是香港人
那這麼說台灣選手替美國隊伍比賽也要說雙重國籍?美國選手替台灣隊伍比賽也要說雙重國籍?
這根本不會牽扯到雙重國籍的問題，只是"契約"的問題，除非契約中有要他轉移國籍，除非大賽有"明文"規定只能用同一國籍的選手，不然就Toyz的出身，替香港隊伍比賽是合理的

有人說Toyz背叛了台灣培養的恩情，那我請問G社把他釋出，不也是辜負了他?如果G社沒有放開他，那還會有今天這件事嗎?
Toyz現今是所謂的"自由球員"，就表示他想做什麼是他的自由，如今他選擇回到香港，你們卻在那罵他而不是祝福他，這就是台灣精神?
而且請記得，Toyz是TPA還在FTW時期就存在的，如果說真有雙重國籍的問題，那早該在TPA成立或是S2世界大賽時就有了，如果那時就沒有這個問題了，那何必現在一直抓著一個"根本不存在的問題"而吵呢?
難道說是一提到大陸就完全變調了?這就是所謂的台灣精神?對人不對事?只會用政治角度來解釋一切?

個人覺得這種玩家之間政治角度的吵架才是會讓人不想玩LOL的原因

【大紀元2013年10月08日訊】（大紀元記者夏君編譯報導）2013年10月2日，在聯邦政府關閉的第二天，地方政府也開始面臨困境，他們正在作最壞的準備。

洛縣房屋管理局（ HACoLA ）所經管的保障性住房項目，如住房選擇優惠券項目（Section 8）的資金依靠聯邦政府撥款。在洛杉磯縣有2萬3千戶老年人、殘疾人、無家可歸者、精神病患者和有工作的窮人享受這一優惠券項目。從今年早些時候開始，洛縣公共住房當局已動用美國住房和城市發展部（ HUD ）的儲備金，目前洛縣房屋管理局的資金已近枯竭。如果聯邦政府一直關閉到十月底的話，那麼洛縣房屋管理局將無法動用資金，向1萬3千多租房給這類住戶的房東支付他們11月份的住房補助款，這意味著數以千計的居民可能會被趕到大街上。

洛縣房屋管理局也管理著分布在70個不同地點，超過3,158個住戶的保障性物業。該機構目前擁有約4個月的儲備金，如果沒有出現意外緊急情況，可用於11月到明年2月的公共住房支出。然而，按照美國住房和城市發展部的定義，任何公共房屋管理機構的資金儲備少於4個月即被認為是「危險」機構。

洛縣房屋管理局負責人肖恩·羅根 (Sean Rogan) 說， 「聯邦政府關閉和持續的不確定性將導致很多家庭失去他們的住房優惠券，這樣將會把社會上最脆弱的群體，如無家可歸者，老人和精神病患者推向危險境地。我呼籲國會採取行動，儘快達成協議，恢復聯邦政府的運行，以避免成千上萬的家庭流離失所」。

洛縣房屋管理局敦促住房優惠券的享有者，合作夥伴和公眾給他們的國會議員代表打電話，迫使他們積極努力，儘快達成協議，結束聯邦政府的停擺狀態。

由於高級紅酒的需求下滑，一箱二級酒莊雄獅莊園（Chateau Leoville Las Cases）2010年波爾多紅酒，上周成交價降至1,560英鎊（2,500美元），創下該款酒在倫敦國際釀酒交易所（Liv-ex）的歷來新低。

該價碼較8月底的成交價1,620英鎊下滑4%；拜中國對波爾多紅酒的需求攀升之賜，2011年7月該款酒首度開賣時，成交價一度高達1,956英鎊，如今已從高點挫跌20%。

波爾多紅酒2012年期貨銷售冷清，倫敦國際釀酒交易所紅酒指數（Fine Wine 50 Index）從3月中就持續下滑，但自去年底以來仍小漲2%。在中國需求趨緩之際，過去專注於波爾多紅酒這塊核心市場的投資人，正放眼其他酒類市場以尋求獲利。

倫敦葡萄酒投資基金（TWIF）投資經理人史密斯說，亞洲市場近來市況平淡，需求也相對疲弱。

根據倫敦國際釀酒交易所編纂的資料，2010年的雄獅莊園波爾紅酒，是該酒莊過去10年來拍出第三高價的年份，僅次於2009年和2005年。
