標題[問題] 先辦大省G2再換NOTE3划算嗎?

小弟最近剛退伍 準備換智慧型手機 目前是看上NOTE3 看板上最近很推CP值高的G2 但礙於不能插卡 可能就不考慮 現在有想法是用大省先辦G2 然後賣掉G2(大約是13000$)再買NOTE3(大約22000$)(因為NOTE3沒大省) 想問這樣會比用學專辦NOTE3便宜嗎? 還是就直接用G2就好? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.219.123

(聽完告解後，為社會除害? ) : : 神父也因為良心譴責而酗酒?? : 1.神父地窖的確是女魔頭的丈夫,我覺得這神父是第一個用私法來解決的人 : 2.喝酒問題,我倒是想提,當初有交代警探找上神父,是因為先查住在附近的性侵犯 : 表示這神父也是性侵犯搂?不然他怎麼會這麼不客氣!! 這點倒是有待網友確認 案發地點周邊有三個性侵前科犯，神父是其中一個 警探搜索其中一位性侵前科犯的家中，打開抽屜翻箱倒櫃 雖說有三位性侵前科犯，但電影中似乎只演出其中兩位的搜索過程?! 神父確定是有性侵前科，這似乎也跟社會大眾的刻板印象一致 神父現在幾乎就跟戀童癖畫上等號 XD 酗酒行為可能只是一個獨立行為，與性侵前科或是監禁那位綁架兒童慣犯無關 其實故事脈絡很清楚，導演與編劇故意把它搞得很複雜。 這很常見，也是應該的，這樣電影才會好看 XD 被神父監禁的綁架兒童慣犯習慣開著露營車光天化日下擄走孩童，有的時候還 一次擄走兩個，接著再以藥水迷昏。飲用藥水或是被注射藥水的兒童，智商受損降低， 夫妻倆會殺害或是扶養這些綁架來的兒童。 智商只有十歲的艾利斯與購賣童裝的鮑伯都是綁架的受害者。男綁架犯喜歡養蛇，也喜歡 迷宮的圖案，這也影響艾利斯與鮑伯的思想。艾利斯說被綁架的小孩被藏在迷宮裡，鮑伯 則是會畫許多迷宮的圖案在牆壁與紙上，也愛養蛇。 鮑伯偷取被綁架女童的衣物，並試圖偷取哀思會現場的娃娃。他有某種精神疾病，使他會 幻想自己是犯罪加害人。為了讓自己更像嫌疑犯，他必須偷取相關的物件。至於在警局舉 槍自殺，可以以精神疾病的不可預知行為解釋。 綁架犯夫妻的犯案原因是想向上帝宣戰，使人類因為失去小孩變成惡魔。宗教對人類的殘 害不知凡幾，幸好台灣不像歐美與中東地區，台灣人比較能接受並尊重他人的宗教信仰。 關於宗教對人類的殘害請參考：上帝沒什麼了不起 http://goo.gl/o7ZQyL 這部片想談的除了一點點的宗教外，主要想探討監禁與制裁。 綁架犯夫妻被宗教監禁，多佛 (Hugh Jackman)被亟欲找到女兒的激情監禁，綁架兒童慣 犯被神父綁架監禁，艾利斯與鮑伯被精神疾病監禁，艾利斯被多佛監禁，最後多佛被女 綁架犯困在地洞監禁。 當法律無法及時或適當地幫助受害者，受害者本身或是家人等相關人士，是否有權利依照 自己的判斷，懲罰加害人或是嫌疑犯？ 惡法亦法。不管這句話聽起來有多麼不舒服，但它是對的。法治國家應該依照法律規定行 事，而不是依照人情義理。如果某些法律規範確實很不合理，有圖利他人或是損害眾人利 益的嫌疑，人民應該循合理的管道修改或是廢除法律。除非體制內沒有提供合理的申訴與 修改法律制度的管道，這個時候，人民才可以採取激進的行為，也就是革命、顛覆政府。 多佛因為監禁艾利斯，之後又消失無蹤。雖然他是前往綁架犯的家，卻可能會被認為是畏 罪潛逃。警方會以追捕犯人的方式而不是搜救的方式尋找他，這也降低他在綁架犯家中被 尋獲的機會。而造成這種兩難困進的源頭，正是因為多佛非法監禁艾利斯。反過頭來，多 佛不僅被女綁架犯監禁，也被警方錯誤的搜索前提監禁。 這部電影讓我想起重案對決，同樣是與伸張正義有關的題材。重案對決的主角對決確實的 兇手，私法制裁的主角卻制裁錯誤的嫌疑犯。不過同樣的，兩個主角都受到動用私刑的代 價。 何謂正義，根據教育部重編國語辭典，正義等同於公理。何謂公理，根據教育部重編國語 辭典，公理是指世人所公認的道理。 世人應當不會認同私自監禁並折磨嫌疑犯的行為，所以這當然也就不是什麼正義行為。 電影最後，警探在綁架犯家的後院聽到疑似哨子的聲音，電影也在這裡結束。大部分的觀 眾會去猜測多佛最後得救了嗎？實際上，多佛得救與否是由觀眾自行判斷。判斷的基準是 ，你認為他應該獲救嗎？ 因為救女心切而監禁、折磨嫌疑犯的人，被真正的犯罪者反過來監禁時，到底是大快人心 還是令人心痛？ 還是因為他是Hugh Jackman飾演，而且折磨嫌疑犯的時候，本身也承受巨大的痛苦，所以 就應該期盼他獲救。 當一個惡人被另一個惡人懲罰的時候，人們的道德機制會發生錯亂，開始比較兩者何者較 惡，較不惡者較易被原諒。 對我來說，我並不在乎他獲不獲救，我在乎的是，如果他獲救，司法會如何制裁一個因救 女心切而監禁、折磨嫌疑犯的人。是高高舉起、輕輕放下的刑期打折，還是加重刑期？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.32.7

針對監聽案，民進黨立委管碧玲今天上午在司法及法制委員會質詢時諷刺檢察總長黃世銘說，她願意懸賞一百萬，希望「深喉嚨」站出來。

黃世銘則強硬回說，「一千萬也沒關係」、「深喉嚨最好趕快出來」。

管碧玲並要求，法務部調查小組必須針對違法監聽、濫權監聽，「一案吃到飽」，此外包括違反比例原則，最低限度、最少侵害、最後手段等四大違法也要調查；若沒調查就是「假調查、真包庇」。

法務部長羅瑩雪則抗議說，調查範圍是委員決定的，這樣說對委員不公平。
