法務部成立調查小組 民進黨團：羅瑩雪立場偏頗

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對法務部代理部長陳明堂上午開記者會表示將成立小組調查監聽國會事件，民進黨團書記長吳秉叡表示，法務部是事件當事人，同樣應接受調查，且明將接任法務部長的羅瑩雪已定調特偵組監聽立法院「非故意」，立場顯然偏頗，不適合介入調查。
吳秉叡說，民進黨團主張由立法院盡快成立調查小組，並即刻展開相關調查，以免相關證據被湮滅。綠委管碧玲要求，至少檢察總長黃世銘應立即停職接受調查，否則屆時法務部的跨司處調查，可能將是「完全空白」。

美國國家安全局(NSA)監控計畫再爆大規模監控民眾。根據美國《紐約時報》報導，除了監聽電話、監控網路數據獲得情報外，甚至還建立部份美國民眾的「社交連結」，藉此辨識來往對象、所在位置、與誰出遊等私人資訊。
美國《紐約時報》引述史諾登（Edward Snowden）先前提供的文件，使NSA監控活動再度曝光。據報，文件顯示自2010年11月起，NSA開始大規模監控美國民眾網路交友狀態，像是分析電話及電郵紀錄，以發現並追蹤美國公民以及國外情蒐對象之間的聯絡狀況。
此外，NSA獲准可對數量龐大的通聯資訊進行大規模分析，不需事先確認通聯對象是否在國外。對此，NSA拒絕回應有多少美國人受到此監控計畫的影響。《紐約時報》指出，這項監控制計畫會將電話與電郵聯結成聯絡鏈，且將會直接或間接連結到海外情報有利害關係的機構或個人。
美國民權聯盟（American Civil Liberties Union）官員則痛批，NSA越權監控私人訊息，已經嚴重侵犯「美國人民生活的各個層面」。

台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，今（28）日與公民行動倒馬聯盟一同走上街頭。談到近日的監聽風暴，他直言檢察總長黃世銘，若聽了4個月還不知道是立法院總機，那真是笨的可怕，若知道還繼續監聽，那就是可怕的笨，他幫媒體下標題，認為今日的談話標題，就是整個馬政府「除了笨還是笨」。
柯文哲上午參加白衫軍「929罵英九活動」，看到眼前的拒馬和大批的警力，他感嘆真的是浪費國家資源，政府應該好好思考為什麼會把人民逼上街頭。
談到特偵組監聽國會部分，柯文哲直言馬英九與黃世銘除了笨還是笨。「如果（特偵組）監聽立法院聽了4個月，還不知道那個是立法院總機，真的是笨的可怕；如果知道那是立法院總機還繼續監聽，那是可怕的笨」，合起來說，這個政府「除了笨還是笨，就這麼簡單」。
同理可證，柯文哲強調，黃世銘當初拿著竊聽的資料喜孜孜的去找馬英九，如果他不知道這是破壞司法獨立、破壞憲政體系那就是笨的可怕，如果黃世銘知道還這樣幹，那就是可怕的笨。
他也無奈的說，現在馬政府的民調低的可憐，只有不到10趴的表現，但只要臉皮夠厚，還是可以繼續做下去。
此外，現場媒體也詢問柯台北市長準備如何？柯回應，自己沒有像連勝文那樣，擁有豐富的政治與經濟資源，因此會繼續準備，但是否參選，他仍不願表態。

立法院總機節費器遭特偵組掛線監聽，引發社會輿論撻伐。《蘋果日報》今（29）日公布相關民調數據，結果有高達68.53%民眾，認為檢察總長黃世銘違法濫權，應為此下台負責。
蘋果以「特偵組連日爆發浮濫監聽、向總統報告個案及被指涉入政爭等，你認為？」為題，隨機訪問全國429位民眾，結果有68.53%的民眾認為特偵組檢察總長黃世銘違法濫權，有20.05%的民眾認為這是正常辦案需求，可以接受；另有11.42%的民眾沒意見。

想請問各位板友, 若只是想要一支可以單純鎖螺絲的電鑽,那個機器叫什麼名字 因為我查 電鑽,查到都是在鑽孔的 那個好像蠻貴的 我有自攻螺絲,要鎖的東西是排氣扇 然後鑽鋁窗邊邊,把排氣扇鎖上去 我看過朋友使用,就一支可以前端轉九十度的機子 可以順/逆時針把螺絲鎖進或轉出 這樣的機器一支大概多少錢? 還有它叫什麼名字呢? --
