【綜合報導】美國西雅圖一位行為藝術家裘莉(Denise Jolly)，為了要向自己證明自己肉體的美，花了一個月的時間，每天找不同的地方進行約2小時的「近裸自拍」，「近裸」是因為不能觸法，她找尋自己喜歡的場景，到了現場後請朋友或路人幫忙，除去身上大部分的衣物，並象徵性地在身體部位寫上「Be Beautiful」，之後拍下照片，將整個月的作品放上網路、名為《美麗計畫》(Be Beautiful Project)的部落格上，並把過程中的心路歷程整理在《身體不需抱歉》(The Body Is Not An Apology)網站上。

裘莉是個體重141公斤的胖子。在進行這個計畫的一個月中，剛開始時，她需要打破「因為自己的體積，我已完全失去慾望」的核心信仰，慢慢地，「我發現自己其實充滿慾望、力量，我很美，我隨時都能進入以愛與一切可能為基礎的幸福狀態」，「只要我愛上自己的身體，我就變得明亮、散發魔力而且勇敢」。

只要願意愛上自己身體最自然的樣子，「我就是渾然天成的完美，和你一樣」。

中高齡人口已成台灣表演藝術觀眾忠誠生力軍。文化部統計，二○○八至二○一一年，五十歲至六十四歲年齡層，是近四年來觀看表演藝術人口中唯一逐年穩定上升的族群。

統計顯示，全台五十歲至五十九歲人口欣賞表演藝術（含流行演唱會）的比率，自二○○八年的三成八，成長到二○一一年的四成六；六十歲至六十四歲人口則從三成四增為四成，遠較青壯年成長幅度高。雖然他們仍非參與藝術最主要人口，但穩定程度連金融海嘯期間也不受影響。

文化部綜合規劃司司長李連權表示，全球各國民眾藝文參與度都隨年齡增加而降低，台灣雖不例外，但中高齡參與度成長得比青壯年還快，堪稱特殊現象。

李連權指出，中高齡者正屬台灣一九五○年後出生的戰後嬰兒潮，經濟相對穩定，開始有餘裕接觸藝術；他們在青壯時期接連碰上「唱自己的歌」民歌運動、鄉土文學論戰、台灣電影新浪潮等重要文化事件，如今邁入中高齡，已擁有較豐裕的社會資源，職場腳步漸漸放慢，而投入藝術欣賞。

國家交響樂團（ＮＳＯ）執行長邱瑗說，這群中高齡人士很活躍，不但場場全勤報到，彼此還會互動，熱心招呼別人一起來。

邱瑗表示，這些人許多是趕在前幾年退休、以享最優退休金機制的公教人員，孩子大了，又沒經濟壓力，才能好好享受藝術。

紙風車文教基金會行政總監張敏宜說，中高齡觀賞人口增加，應與一九八○年代小劇場運動開花結果有關，「那時做劇場、看劇場的人，現在正是中高齡人士。」

例如今年廿七歲的屏風表演班與當代傳奇劇場、廿五歲的果陀劇場、廿歲的綠光劇團與金枝演社，都源於那個時代。張敏宜說，屏風李國修、綠光吳念真的戲越來越生活化，引起台灣社會共鳴，「連我七十多歲爸爸也一看十幾年，說這種戲他才看得懂。」

【綜合報導】貓屎咖啡是全球第二貴咖啡豆，1公斤賣300英鎊，約1萬4台幣，為了製作這昂貴的貓屎咖啡，印尼和菲律賓農民將麝香貓關在狹小又髒的牢籠內，作為生財工具。

野生麝香貓以成熟的咖啡果實為食物，消化系統把咖啡果實的果肉消化掉，把堅硬的咖啡豆隨糞便排出體外，但咖啡豆經胃液發酵後，破壞蛋白質，產生短肽和更多的自由胺基酸，咖啡的苦澀味會降低，農民把咖啡豆清洗、烘培後就成了貓屎咖啡。

印尼農民聲稱出口的貓屎咖啡全是來自野生麝香貓，但愛護動物組織PETA偷拍到的片段顯示麝香貓是人工飼養，牠們被困在狹小骯髒的籠內，侷促不安地踱步、轉身及搖頭，又不停被餵食咖啡果實，由於貓咪無法自由活動，健康惡化，最後還因太沉悶而出現精神問題。

農民最初矢口否認虐養麝香貓，但當看到片段就改口，強調那是用來研究麝香貓的行為，沒有欺騙消費者。

標題[討論] 遠距離見面後

如題 我與女友遠距離，一個月見一次面這樣 這次中秋連假難得可以見面很多天 想好好把握 可是連假結束前兩天她都沒有主動打給我，沒有打算見面 這讓我有些不解，因為前一天她有問我每天見面不會膩嗎(見了兩天) 我有點生氣，我跟她說既然膩了就不要見面，可是她說不是那個意思，是怕我會膩 我說我恨不得每天跟妳住一起怎麼可能會膩 隔天她要陪家人不能見面我很OK，可是最後一天，她明明要離開住處準備搭車 也不打算見我最後一面送行。 然後我就生氣了，跟她說妳與家人見面我沒意見，但是真的連一分鐘都抽不出來嗎 我不相信大家會連續兩天48小時都跟家人在一起聊天都不會有私人空間吧? 然後就說了很多氣話，她說每個人愛的方式不同。 但，我們是遠距離阿...怎麼能用一般的方式去衡量呢 每次她在外地說很想我，我都很心疼，回來後，沒有每天見面她也無妨 沒見面也沒說想過我 我真的不知道 是誰膩了阿 我想請問各位 是我心態有問題嗎，重心完全放在她身上，太想她，可是卻得不到相同的回報而不平衡 我是否需要調適我不能見到她，減少想她的程度呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.80.132.91

【綜合報導】英國2名尋求刺激的青少年，22日在高架橋的拱門上慢跑，下面還有朋友拍下整個過程，一旁民眾看到無不傻眼，表示年輕人太莽撞，完全無視生命安全，萬一不小心滑倒或是一陣強風吹來跌下，不只可能死亡，還會危害橋上的行車安全。
 
這2名年輕人在位於威爾斯瑞宜的佛伊德橋上，挑戰這愚蠢的冒險，在離地9公尺高的拱門上慢跑，底下車水馬龍，怎麼看都是極度危險的行為，雖然他們平安下橋，但已造成眾多民眾恐慌報警，不過警察表示不會深入調查，但會放上警告標語，並研討相關措施，預防類似事件再度發生。
