為了迎接重陽節，新北市社會局舉辦一系列敬老活動，包括重陽敬老禮金致贈活動、銀髮才藝秀、長青趣味運動會、歌唱競賽、銀髮棋藝賽，推動「在地就養、健康樂活」的友善老人生活環境。

人行發行「和」字書法--行書普通紀念幣。該幣面額為5元，發行數量為5000萬枚。消息一出就引發了收藏愛好者和普通市民的極大興趣。但由於各銀行網點均限量發行，很難買到。

香港文匯網消息，9月23日，中國人民銀行發行「和」字書法--行書普通紀念幣。該幣面額為5元，發行數量為5000萬枚。紀念幣正面主景圖案為中華人民共和國國徽，內緣上方刊「中華人民共和國」國名、下方刊面額「伍圓」及年號「2013」；背面主景圖案為「和」字的行書書法，內緣右上方刊「和」字的五種書法體。

據新華網報導，由於該幣具有一定的收藏價值和觀賞性，且限量5000萬枚，所以消息一出就引發了收藏愛好者和普通市民的極大興趣。但由於各銀行網點均限量發行，很難買到。早上8點未到，當記者來到上海銀行永康支行時，門口已有60餘位市民等候，他們在銀行工作人員用細繩劃定的區域內有序排隊，其中不乏抱著孩子和帶著折疊椅前來的。

排在首位的趙女士早上6點便抵達，並非錢幣收藏愛好者的她坦言是為要上夜班的丈夫「跑一趟」。8點兌換開始後，工作人員每次放行10人進入營業廳。儘管門口的公告上註明「每人僅限兌換一枚」，但多數市民會在兌換成功後重複排隊，有些甚至一路小跑至隊伍末尾，一名工作人員表示「這是可以的」。在以中老年人居多的隊伍裡，記者也發現了年輕的面孔。小章是位上班族，特意趕早來兌換，「自己留一枚，其他的給朋友」。

（中央社記者江明晏台北24日電）數位有線電視凱擘大寬頻推出「HomePlay」多螢分享服務，將電視節目、高畫質隨選影片及網路影音整合於電視、平板與智慧型手機等多種螢幕。

凱擘表示，「HomePlay」多螢分享功能包含4項重要特色，包括小螢幕變大螢幕，可讓手機或平板中的照片、影片、音樂或 PPTV，放到電視大螢幕看，以及可把電視帶著走，用手機或平板看，還有手機、平板變電視，家人不用搶電視，也可用手機或平板當搖控器。

根據Google 2013年的調查資料顯示，台灣智慧型手機普及率高達51%，其中9成會使用手機觀賞影片，31%每天至少觀看一次影片。

凱擘大寬頻董事長鄭俊卿表示，去年推出SuperMOD跨聯盟整合平台後，也觀察到家庭成員們所擁有大小螢幕的行動裝置越來越多，推出「HomePlay」多螢分享服務，宣告全國家庭正式跨入數位家庭2.0時代。

鄭俊卿表示，凱擘在台灣數位匯流發展上持續努力，預估今年底數位化程度可達54%，明年底可達到75%，2015年將可全面數位化。

看準多螢分享市場，中華電信MOD也整合手機介面，推出MOD App，為MOD多螢觀賞專屬App，提供頻道節目表、線上看多螢功能、遙控器等功能，目前下載量已達5萬次。1020924

美國零售汽油均價過去三週累計下跌3.1%

美國能源資訊局（EIA）公佈，9月23日全美普通汽油平均零售價格為每加侖3.495美元，較前週下跌5.2美分，為連續第3週下跌並創下七月以來新低，主要因為夏季開車季節的消費高峰已經結束，以及原油價格下跌的影響；與去年同期相比下跌33.1美分或8.7%，為今年4月中以來的最大年減幅度。

美國汽車協會（AAA）數據則顯示，23日全美普通汽油平均零售價格為每加侖3.472美元，較前週下跌4.5美分，與一個月前以及去年同期相比則分別下跌6.9美分與34.2美分。AAA上週表示，美國零售汽油均價已經連續一千天維持在每加侖3美元以上價位，並稱全美的零售汽油均價可能不會再回到3美元以下的價位。

EIA數據顯示，美國目前的零售汽油均價較2008年7月的歷史高點每加侖4.114美元下跌15%，而過去三週零售汽油均價累計下跌11.3美分或3.1%。EIA本月報告預估，9月份零售汽油均價將較去年同期的每加侖3.85美元下跌至3.65美元，此預估的基礎是紐約原油期貨均價在每桶105美元，去年同期為94.51美元。EIA表示，原油成本約佔汽油價格的七成比重。

1.一般扣重扣多少?不是您可以決定的划算嗎??扣重扣耗耗損扣多少.全台灣根本沒有一定的標準.說多少就多少~
2.有些還會偷扣.假設您的是5兩.秤完卻跟您說您的是4.5兩~(其實已經被扣0.10%扣完了)0.5兩等於約被扣15000元
3.用火燒過的金飾.在一堆金飾裡面本來就會有顏色較黃.或較淡的成色高低都會不一樣..
4.用火燒過有些會變黑是因為焊藥(焊藥成色約8成或7成)
