一群不滿台鐵軟性禁止在台北車站大廳一樓黑白區吃喝躺的「自煮公民」，今天發起「公民崛起之915 台北車站吃喝躺」。不少印尼等外籍勞工、學生、情侶中午來到車站大廳的黑白棋盤區席地而坐，有人帶著吉他唱歌、有人切蛋糕慶生，他們希望公共空間應還給所有民眾。更有學生站出聲援外勞，呼籲政府應尊重多元文化，不應歧視。

但最近實在因為受不了目前遠傳費率太高的問題爬文看了很多電信業者溝通、談判的方法

因為我不要手機，我只要低通話費+網路無限

最後還是覺得，解約，付違約金，攜碼才是最佳選擇

標的方案是：台哥大401（半價）+489（網路無限） =689 30個月

解約金是2250，然後去通信行攜碼不拿手機，會退直接現金4500

也就是我還可以拿到2250的現金

（當然，洗手機更多錢，但我不上網賣所以作罷）

當我去遠傳直營門市要解約時，已經知道櫃台一定會慰留

但我心已死，很堅決要退，而且我直接表白，攜碼我可以拿到4500現金

這時候櫃台那位小弟說，不然這樣...，然後拉我到邊邊說話

只要我不退租，它可以幫我續約跟攜碼一樣的方案

遠傳398（半價）+498（網路無限） =699 30個月

還再送我一個約4000的0元S牌低階手機。

但我當下覺得，我就不要手機，手機對我又沒用，我也不想上網賣啊，所以加以婉拒。

小弟最後使出殺手鐧，不然這樣....再拉到更旁邊小聲說 （XD 他的口頭禪）

我們幫你處理掉手機，然後入2800到你的帳單裡面

相當於之後4個月不用繳月租費

我心想，竟然還可以這樣....！不用付違約金還有2800，等於拿了5000

當下有心動了一下，但我已經跟電信行的人說好，還是鄭重地婉拒了

所以最後，這位很誠懇的小弟還是沒能說動我。

不過因為他的態度很好，我也直接跟他表示，希望可以多跟上面反

應現在這種方式根本就很爛，正常續約的用戶優惠爛倒爆

對於忠誠的老客戶，棄之如敝屣

要人家攜來攜去才有好方案，根本就是本末倒置

當然，我知道....上面的那些傢伙一定聽不進去啦 XD

最後要表揚一下這位一直想幫我處理的小弟

我知道你盡力了，有機會我會攜回去遠傳...

不過，要有很多好處才行，這都是電信業者教我的態度...

路透報導，日本將在40多年內第三度成為無核電國家。日本原有50座反應爐，福島地震海嘯後只剩關西電力公司的大飯核電廠第四號反應爐還在使用，但這座反應爐將在15日關閉，開始維修，也就是不再發電。再度運作的預測時間不一，有說今年12月，有說明年中期，但民間反對再來核電。
