稅捐處：颱風受損車輛　可減牌照稅

【許麗珍／台北報導】北市稅捐處今表示，民眾車輛如因蘇力颱風遭受損壞需修復才能使用，可檢附文件，向稅捐處申請使用牌照稅減免，如因災害導致損毀，也可檢附文件，向監理機關辦理車輛報廢手續，稅捐機關會主動退還溢繳的使用牌照稅。

稅捐處表示，汽車及151cc以上機車如因天災受損，須進廠維修，可在天災發生日起1個月內，檢附里長、警察機關或區公所等單位出具的證明及修車廠開立的發票或收據，向該處所屬分處申請減免天災當日至車輛修復完成期間的使用牌照稅；若當年度的使用牌照稅已繳納，該處將按日退還修復期間的使用牌照稅。
