關於鐵路局的考試發問？

我是就讀國立屏東商業技術學院進修部的大二生，

這個暑假完了就要升大三了，
最近開始又把未來放在心裡，
大學四年說長不長說短也不短的時光裡，
已經剩下兩年的時間了。

現在我跟家人的溝通在於說大四要完全停止工作，
全力往鐵路局邁進，
但要是大四那一年再開始準備我深怕完全會不足，
所以現在工作的同時也開始讀書了。

等到大四打算到補習班當個全職考生，

我想問的有：

1.還沒當兵之前若考上了，會保留名額等到我退伍再回去單位受訓嗎？

2.我是屏東市人，除了學儒、大東海之外還有哪一間公職補習班〈不要廣告〉

3.公職補習班的補習費用有五萬塊那麼貴？大約座落多少與多少之間，暗示也沒關係。

目前只有這三項疑問，謝謝。
