又一維權人士遭捕　美籲中快放人

【綜合報導】中國維權法律學者許志永日前被指涉嫌「聚眾擾亂社會秩序」在北京被捕，美國今天出面呼籲，希望中國趕快放人。

美國國務院表示，美國政府擔心，中國當局為了報復許志永揭發官方瀆職行為與和平表達個人意見，對他提出起訴。許志永周二被北京警方帶走，北京市公安局隨後以「涉嫌聚眾擾亂公共場所秩序罪」對其刑事拘留。

華府要求中國結束對許志永的人身限制，並且根據中國對國際社會所作出的人權承諾，保障其應當享有的人身自由和保護。
