【綜合報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘受虐致死案，269旅禁閉室戒護人員下士李念祖，設凌虐洪仲丘致死，今天下午2時40分許被軍檢署傳喚到案應訊，根據《壹電視》，李念祖稍早遭軍檢聲押。

 陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭不當處分致死案。發展至今已收押4人聲押1人，收押的包括542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲以及涉凌虐的戒護士陳毅勳。
