【黎百代/桃園報導】陳以人凌晨凌晨1時軍檢裁定20元交保，委任律師劉衡慶步出軍檢時稱等家屬籌措交保金，凌晨近3時許，一輛銀色豐田轎車先駛入軍檢，約10分鐘後又離開軍檢，但原本無人的後駕駛座上，卻多了一名身穿軍服的軍人，經證實就是士官長陳以人，已由部隊帶回離開軍檢。
