懷疑他追蹤我手機

和老公鬧離婚
但因為其他因素以及小孩
所以決定各過各的不干涉，但暫不離，互相表面
可是自從他名下我在用的門號續約換新手機後
他拿新機給我後
奇怪，他沒跟蹤我卻老是知道我在哪裡
有點恐怖
我懷疑他搞追蹤之類
可是找遍手機並沒看到可疑軟體
之後上網查才知安裝後若隱藏是找不出來的
請問，我除了以下2方法，有沒其他選擇?
1：関機
2：不斷地恢復原廠設定
還是我買另一手機也可?（追蹤軟體只跟手機跑??）

請達人解答，有錯的資訊也麻煩糾正
