吳秉叡：修軍事審判法 臨時會難過關

洪仲丘猝死案引發軍事審判法修法討論，馬總統昨天在軍事會談中表示，凌虐部屬部分應優先修法，移交司法機關審判。民進黨立法院黨團提案，非戰時現役軍人犯法應全都以普通法庭審判。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，修軍事審判法涉及國防部組織架構改變及重大制度變革，若倉促修法會有問題，「要在臨時會期間修法通過有難度」。他認為應將此案送到委員會仔細討論、做長遠考慮，甚至召開公聽會，讓法律學者表達意見。
