〔記者顏真真╱台北報導〕金管會主委陳裕璋確定去職，改由財政部次長曾銘宗接任，不過，一向被視為馬家軍的陳裕璋這次竟然意外出局，引發市場揣測，應與其政策開放腳步太慢、防弊重於興利的「保守態度」有關，尤其近來因第三方支付政策，在企業及媒體對金管會的批評聲浪不斷之下，可能讓馬政府下定決心換人做做看。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/QMRx6ftSC6o" height="1" width="1"/>
