後方偷襲夜歸女胸部　色男被訴

【呂志明／台北報導】一名20多歲的女子，今年4月18日深夜10時許下班時，獨自一人走路返家，34歲徐姓男子見到女子獨自一人有機可趁，竟然尾隨女子一路行走到台北市中正區齊東街前，趁著四下無人之際，伸出魔爪從女子後方腋下穿過，手掌反勾抓捏女子胸部。


女子遭到偷襲後大聲狂叫，徐男見到女子的反應，嚇得趕緊離開現場。女子報案後，警方調閱附近的監視畫面，鎖定徐男犯案，並函送北檢偵辦。

檢察官分別傳喚女子及徐男到案，徐男坦承犯行，並願意道歉賠償，但女子則堅持不同意和解，且請求檢察官依法偵辦，給徐男一個教訓，檢察官認為徐男涉犯《性騷擾防治法》，依法起訴並向法院聲請簡判。
