全台最熱　北市上半年店面交易近62億

【吳苡辰／台北報導】根據內政部不動產交易實價查詢服務網資訊統計，2013年1~5月7大主要都會區店面交易約239億元。永慶房產集團表示，根據去年8月至12月實價登錄統計，推算全年店面交易金額約600億元，而今年上半年估計可達300億元。

永慶房產集團表示，上半年店面市場仍有一定熱度，且主要集中在7大都會區，台北市今年上半年店面交易金額近62.7億元最高，其次是新北及高雄市各45.8億元與40.8億元，台中市35.5億元排名第4。
