管碧玲：楊念祖論文抄襲近三分之二

國防部長楊念祖爆發論文抄襲風波，今晚已請辭獲准！民進黨立委管碧玲今晚說，國防部長楊念祖著作中的一篇文，涉嫌抄襲中國學者翻譯華盛頓中國軍事戰略專家的文章，且剽竊比例高達「三分之二」的內容；不但幾乎原文照抄，連台灣常用的「資訊戰」三字，也照抄成中國大陸常用的「信息」，「是高度嚴重的抄襲！」

管碧玲今晚得知楊念祖請辭獲准後說，「真的很抱歉！」管碧玲表示，她日前在國防外交委員會上曾「提醒」楊念祖，但質詢到一半，她就「嘎然而止」，主要是念在楊是第一個文人部長，加上近日洪仲丘案，盼能給楊念祖一個機會，沒想到事件還是爆發了，「姑且說他知恥近乎勇吧！」
