觸控手機容易發燙 充電時插頭也是

我的手機使用一下就熱熱的甚至是發燙 充電時也是才充一下充電器的插座那邊和手機都會發燙 這是甚麼原因?? 另外 如果剩餘30趴的電可以充電嗎??...
