消費時間：2013年7月 地址：新竹市忠孝路9號 電話：03-5753070 價位：肥鵝飯65元 網誌圖文版：http://tinyurl.com/kew55xs 自從上次在竹北吃了湧記的肥鵝飯後就開始喜歡上肥鵝的味道，但竹北離我們實在是滿遠 的，只好在住處附近找看看替代品了。這天本來要去明爐買燒臘便當，路過這家悟饕時突 然看到『湧記肥鵝便當65元』的紅布條，一時好奇就馬上停下來買了。 便當裡大概就兩道配菜，還有一塊醬瓜，旁邊的肥鵝份量似乎比竹北湧記還要多一點點， 讓我們滿期待的。 先說配菜的部份，高麗菜的梗滿粗的，雖然有小蝦米提味，但鮮味並不明顯，另一款菜也 是冷冷硬硬的，不是我的菜。至於賣相看起來還不錯的肥鵝呢，骨頭偏多，肉質偏硬不好 咬，皮的部份不像湧記的一樣香脆，而是軟軟的，較深色的部份還會有一點點苦味，讓我 們有點失望。 所以目前還正在尋找清交附近好吃的肥鵝飯中，若有好吃的肥鵝飯請務必推薦，感恩！ ^__「曾經嚮往的一種自由像海岸線，可以隨時曲折改變; 曾經愛過的一個人，像燃燒最強也最快的火燄。」 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.74.72.212
