防糾紛 北京女買房簽1,500個名

經過一輪輪的篩選，白領女子張潔在2000多名購房者中被開發商抽中，如願以償獲得買房資格。張潔昨天興奮地跑去簽商品房預售合同，卻拖著一隻半殘的手回來了，因為她居然簽了1,500次名字。她無奈地說，「這次買房，我算是體會到了什麼叫做從肉體到精神的折磨。」

為什麼要簽這麼多次名字？該項目銷售人員表示，這是開發商的要求，目的是讓購房人看清楚每一頁的條款，避免日後糾紛。

北京晨報報導，「我現在看見自己的名字就想吐。」昨天一早就跑去簽訂購房合同的張潔，甩著酸痛的手腕抱怨，為了買房，她簽了將近1,500次名字，手已經快斷了。
