外交部發言人高安表示，滯留尚比亞的20多名旅客，已搭機準備回台。

肯亞的甘耶達國際機場7日發生火災，機場關閉維修，導致有23名台灣旅客暫時無法回台。最新消息指出，滯留旅客已在今(13)搭上飛機準備返航。
外交部發言人高安表示，目前2團共23人已經在當地時間12日下午4點左右，在尚比亞的李文斯敦城搭乘肯亞航空的班機，抵達肯亞的奈洛比首都，接著一行人會在晚間搭機飛往泰國，再經過泰國轉回台灣。
外交部表示，在第一時間接獲訊息後，積極協調協助滯留尚比亞的旅客及旅行團領隊，與肯亞航空等相關單位聯繫，由於肯亞當地未設立代表處，因此委託肯亞台灣貿易中心人員及僑胞就近協助，在最快的時間內，替台灣旅客安排機位返台。
外交部說，為了因應突發事件，外交部領事事務局也已開放「旅外國人平安留言版」，供旅外民眾上網向國內外親友報平安。
