哪裡有不錯的頭皮保養?

你有每天洗頭髮嗎?

我是覺得每天洗比較好。

而且洗髮精不能直接加在頭髮上，那很傷頭皮的!

要用水稀釋在加在頭髮上比較好，洗髮精也不能亂用。每個人體質不一樣，有些適合有的不適合。

所以選購洗髮精要看他比較適合哪一種髮質，我是覺得薄荷的洗髮精有點太刺激，不太建議用。
