三星電子股價遭「熊」噬，ITC專利判決補上一腳

Yonhap News報導，三星電子(Samsung Electronics Co.)11日表示，如果美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)沒有否決美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)的最新判決，那麼它將會提出上訴。ITC 9日宣布，三星部分智慧型手機、平板侵犯蘋果(Apple Inc.)專利權，因此將不得輸入至美國販售。歐巴馬在未來60天內可基於公共政策考量否決上述判決。報導指出，三星可能會在10月出提出上訴。

彭博社報導，ITC 9日裁定三星產品侵犯蘋果兩項專利權。一週前，歐巴馬才否決ITC對蘋果的中國大陸組裝iPhone 4所下達的禁止進口命令。

英國金融時報報導，歐巴馬可基於公共政策考量否決上述判決，但如果他沒有動用否決權，蘋果將可以向美國海關主張三星新品(包括Galaxy S4、平板)持續抄襲觸控螢幕專利、要求相關單位下令禁售。

三星電子上週週線大跌4.35%、連續第2週收低；今年迄今跌幅高達19.19%。三星電子8月9日以1,230,000韓圜坐收、較今年1月2日的最高收盤價(1,576,000韓圜)下挫21.95%，符合技術分析的熊市(下跌20%或更多)定義。

蘋果9日在正常盤下跌1.42%，收454.45美元；盤後上漲0.19%至455.32美元。
