一般最常見被罰款的項目是"損壞公共設施" "門口堆放雜物" "車輛亂停"

在者若有變更格局若有建築師簽證 管委會也不會干涉並罰款

3.要看社區收不收本票 以及會不會把票軋進去了 況且3萬算少的了 5萬算基本門檻

有些業管公司口頭說不軋 但被錢逼急了 去軋票 但您錢沒有入戶就會跳票了

很多設計公司都是這樣被弄倒的

BTW 往往承包公司不願墊這樣的前是因為修繕或小工程 淨利可能都不到3萬

去付了保證金一來一往完工後還要3-4個月才領的到錢 支付方還是屋主

這樣的CASE我也會說服業主自己去跟業管公司喬
