健康亮紅燈 國寶總經理蔡長軒請辭

國寶人壽昨（31）日宣布高層人事異動，總經理蔡長軒因健康因素請辭，目前由壽險行政業務部門副總經理米介中暫時代理。國寶發言人陳曉鳴表示，新任總經理還在尋覓中，確切接任時間有待11月董事會決議。

據了解，蔡長軒今年5月因肝問題健康亮紅燈，當時醫生強烈要求蔡長軒需要長期休養，但在董事長葉佳瑛強力慰留下，蔡長軒抱病上陣，直到8月30日內部高層會議上，蔡長軒提出養病要求並確認卸職，之後改兼顧問職位。

此外，金管會今年7月因國寶財務狀況不佳、介入龍邦經營權之爭，遭金管會限制資金運用，並要求公司自行懲處蔡長軒管理失職。對此，發言人表示，蔡長軒請辭除了健康因素，部分也是為管理失當表示負責。
