【綜合報導】今天一場大豪雨造成基隆淹水災情頻傳，國立海洋大學水淹達半個車身高，學生從高樓俯瞰校園淹水災情，無奈將照片拍下PO網。

基隆多處淹水，也有民眾開車像在開船，沿路掀起大波浪，分不清道路或水溝，相當危險，民眾驚嚇之餘還將畫面拍下來PO網。
