台南新市40戶淹水 市長承諾改善

輕颱康芮遠離，但夾帶豪雨造成台南新市區新和重劃區水患，市長賴清德今天勘災時強調，當地約40戶淹水，已要求工務、水利局盡速研擬改善措施，評估是否增設抽水站；災民反映該區新舊排水道連接不良，賴清德要求施工廠商儘速解決，否則將追究責任。新和重劃區附近永就里前天有4個聚落、約40戶淹水。
