【動新聞】曾勇夫涉關說　特偵移送監院

【綜合報導】特偵組上午以法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌，涉及接受立法院長王金平及立委柯建銘關說，將曾勇夫移送監察院，陳守煌則依《法官法》移送檢察官評鑑。

特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗表示，立委柯建銘涉嫌侵吞全民電通1200萬元，一、二審都被判刑6個月，今年6月卻更審無罪。特偵組追查後發現，曾勇夫接受王金平、柯建銘關說後，透過高檢署檢察長陳守煌施壓，要求檢方別再上訴，最後柯建銘無罪定讞。
