中秋備餐 南韓女上班族壓力大

南韓的一項民意調查結果顯示，最讓南韓女性上班族在中秋節感到壓力大的事情是「準備中秋節掃墓祭祖祭品以及與家族共進的飲食」。

中秋節在南韓稱為「秋夕」，是舉國返鄉掃墓探親的民俗節慶，在農曆8月15日前後3天連休，是年中最大節日。

南韓「朝鮮日報」報導，由南韓NS電視購物頻道對600名女職員進行「中秋節最大的負擔是什麼」的民意調查結果，有35%的受訪者選擇了「準備食物和祭品」。

其後依次為「零用錢」（28%）、「與家人和親屬見面」（22%）、「去婆家」（15%）等。

關於紓緩節日壓力的方法，「購物」（37%）高居首位。接下來依次為：「看電影或舞台劇」（31%）、「旅行」（16%）、「按摩」（12%）。

另外，節日過後最希望丈夫送的禮物是「皮包、衣服和鞋」（24%）。而「最希望公司贈送的禮物」這一項，「商品券」（82%）以壓倒性優勢高居榜首。
