婆媳圍標　筆誤露餡

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化縣一對胡姓與王姓婆媳，兩人都開設水果批發商行，並常對相關公務機關所辦理的蔬果採購案進行投標。

去年５月間，法務部矯正署彰化少年輔育院辦理金額１７０萬元的水果招標案，最低價得標。王女為想得標，除以自身的商行投標，也向其婆婆借牌投標，當時共有三家商行投標，王女一人就代表兩家。

王女當時分別寫下９８萬６０００元、１１７萬３０００元的標價，結果得標的是寫下９９萬９６００元標價的廠商，王女當儍眼，並質問開標人員「我的標價更低，為何不是我得標？」一問才知，原來王女在填寫標單時，將其兩家商家誤勾選為不合格廠商，自動喪失資格，因此未得標。

王女聞言後，因一時懊悔，竟脫口說出兩家商行的標單文件全都是她寫的，她是因一時匆忙，才誤勾「不合格廠商」的選項。開標人員聽到王女自爆借牌圍標，遂將全案移送法辦。

全案彰化地院已審結，法官依違反政府採購法判決胡姓及王姓婆媳各三月徒刑，緩刑二年，並要胡、王婆媳各捐款４萬、６萬元給公庫。
