立法院第八屆第四會期今（17）日開議，不過在野黨因不滿行政院長江宜樺發言踐踏國會，因此發動杯葛，並提出包含廢除特偵組在內的4點訴求，不過國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池表示，他無法答應民進黨的要求，而如果在野還是持續杯葛，就要請立法院長王金平協助，不要再讓議事延宕下去。
民進黨立委在今日並集體穿著黑色衣服，哀悼憲政體制遭到踐踏，並提出包含廢除特偵組、要求江揆率法務部長到立法會針對非法監聽做專案報告、停建核四及凍漲電價等4點訴求。
對於民進黨的要求，林鴻池說，特偵組的存廢，可以提案由立院程長程序討論決議，不是協商就可以決定。
林鴻池認為，司法單位是否有非法監聽，不應該凡事都要閣揆進行報告，只需要部長向委員會報告即可，至於停建核四及凍漲電價都是老問題，國民黨不能接受民進黨的要求。
