今年我到三峽的全家通信買三星手機~
店員服務還不錯~
我比較了幾家後~
回到了全家通信去買~
一來服務不錯~
二來他們開的價格不錯~蠻便宜的~
不疑有他~
我也就買了~
後來我搬到台北市去住~
手機就一直有問題~
手機很燙~一直無法開機~
我想說送回去修理~很遠~
就自行到台北聯強維修站去修理~
幾天修理好後~
我又帶回去用~
結果~沒兩個禮拜~又是一樣的問題~手機又壞掉了><
我想說算了~再送去聯強修理~
幾天後~又修好了~
我想說修好就算了~
拿了手機就想說繼續使用~
這次使用有比較久~約一個月後~手機又壞掉><
這次我快要罵髒話啦~一支手機我來來回回送修
我一氣之下~請假跑去聯強維修站理論~
維修師被我罵的一臉無奈~
不知道為什麼~旁邊幫我收修的小姐~突然問我:
先生~當初你是買新機嗎?
這支是U品呀~
真的無法換新~
所以不是我們不幫你處理~
你應該去找賣你的店家~
當下我愣住了~
不知道什麼是U品~
後來我知道了~
原來~U品是使用過或修理過的手機~
我氣炸了~那個不老實的店家~
拿這種手機充當新的來賣我~
我真的氣炸了~
請問~我該怎麼處理???
