明鏡：英國駭入比利時電信集團

（路透柏林20日電）德國「明鏡」週刊（Der Spiegel）今天報導，美國國家安全局承包商前雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden）提供的文件顯示，英國情報機構駭入比利時最大電信公司比利時電信集團。

明鏡說，看到的文件中有英國「政府通訊總部」（GCHQ）的幻燈片，顯示這項情報作業是為了「能更好地滲透比利時電信集團（Belgacom SA）」及了解其基礎建設。 報導說，比利時電信集團的員工被名為「量子嵌入」（Quantum Insert）科技的惡意軟體所鎖定，這種技術是美國國家安全局（NSA）開發的。比利時電信集團是非洲和中東電信服務的頭號業者 比利時聯邦檢察官本週稍早說，比利時電信集團7月曾提出訴狀，說遭駭客入侵，並表示比利時電信認為行動是由「國家支持的國際網路間諜」所為。中央社（翻譯）
