勞退擴大適用對象　外籍配偶納入

【洪敏隆／台北報導】立院衛環委員會今初審通過《勞工退休金條例》第7條，只要和我國國民結婚，且獲准居留在台灣工作的外籍配偶(含中國及港澳地區)，納入適用勞退新制，保障其退休生活。

勞委會表示，法案修改過後，在台灣獲准居留並且工作的外籍配偶，有1.4萬外國配偶及1.7萬中國配偶可以受惠。
