環團反對水源區等開發案　呼籲進入二階環評

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署環評大會今天審查統一夢世界、水里大彎、桃園航空城捷運、高雄台糖農地闢成「工業區」及六輕農業尾水利用等5案，水資源等環保團體在開會前在環署前開記者會，呼籲六輕應於枯水期自籌水源，前2案水源區，台糖農地改工業區及捷運土地徵收爭議大，應進入二階環評或退件。

水資源保育聯盟代表吳麗慧說，台灣水資源不足，水源區的保育工作都應加強，位於曾文水庫集水區夢世界開發案、南投玉里自來水保護區的水里大彎案都不宜開發。台糖優良農地不宜開發為工業區，應要求灌排分離，避免污染其他農地。

水資源主任粘麗玉說，六輕工業區枯水期應自籌水源，若准許六輕設人工湖，將有可能造成抽地下水及地層下陷惡化。桃園在地聯盟總幹事潘忠政說，桃園航空城土地徵收已有很多爭議，捷運開發勢必徵收更多土地。
