夏立言：募兵不走回頭路

國防部副部長夏立言表示，募兵制是國家重要政策，也是先進國家必須走的一條路，會繼續往前邁進，絕對不會走回頭路。

立法院外交及國防委員會今天進行「對美軍事交流合作及軍購執行現況」專案報告，由夏立言報告。除了對美軍購外，各界關心募兵制的進展，監察院日前通過「政府推動募兵制最新發展狀況」調查報告，指出政府若要在2019年全面推行募兵制恐遭挫，專家學者悲觀的比樂觀多。夏立言今天強調，國防部立場一致，募兵制不走回頭路。
