記者王鼎鈞／台北報導

廣電壟斷防制與多元維護法草案爭議多，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）藉匯流修法機會，透過網路意見徵詢及公開說明會方式，廣泛徵詢各界意見。

NCC表示，網路意見徵詢時間自1月27日至2月13日止，2月18日舉行說明會。

NCC指出，本次網路意見徵詢及公開說明會將函邀全國法律、傳播院校、相關產業公協會、公民團體等參與及提供意見，徵詢結果將納入匯流修法時參考。
