員林麵包店大火 柯呈枋前往慰問

彰化縣員林鎮凌晨一場大火，帶走一家五口三代祖孫性命，唯一逃過一劫的大二獨子何欣懌上午從台北趕回，一回家看到的就是五具焦屍，他默默流淚不發一語，看到父親遺體被抬出時，立刻跪下。

中午彰化縣副縣長柯呈枋趕往慰問，送上六萬元慰問金，指示盡快查出起火原因，也指示社會處往後要給予協助。代為接受慰問金的是何欣懌二伯母，她說，何欣懌一直強裝堅強，不願哭泣，讓她非常擔心，我們鼓勵他大哭一場，擔心他太壓抑，未來我們一定會盡力幫助他。
