江宜樺核定北市發放首都警察加給

北市集會遊行多，首都警察勤務相對繁重，在市長郝龍斌28日公開宣布5月1日發放「首都警察勤務加給」後，30日傳出行政院長江宜樺已核定5月1日起發放，且回溯1至4月發放。

北市府高層證實中午已接獲政院通知「院長已核定」，但尚未收到公文；行政院下午可能會宣布此事。

郝龍斌28日赴市議會專案報告「群眾事件與集會遊行檢討」，多位議員追問首都加給何時發？郝說，25日和內政部長陳威仁溝通過，26日也和行政院長江宜樺確認，首都加給將於5月1日正式發放。

郝龍斌28日在會後受訪時坦承「中央有點意見」。他說，除了5月1日會發首都加給，他也向政院反映，預算是北市編的，希望回溯發放1至4月；北市願意發，「除非違法，不然一定發」；中央雖有點意見，但市府法務研究過，沒有問題。
