賴清德雖然是民調第1名的市長，但市議員林美燕仍然不滿意，認為賴市長對南區開出的政見支票未完全兌現，27日在議會質詢時，特別要求市府各局處加強溝通協調，儘速兌現賴市長的政見支票。
