福欣特殊鋼聯貸案 台銀任管理行

福建福欣特殊鋼有限公司為支應福建漳州的擴建廠房及購買機器設備暨償還銀行借款所需，委由台灣銀行、新加坡大華銀行及合作金庫，統籌主辦1.86億美元暨人民幣6.5億元聯合授信案。 該聯貸案由台銀擔任管理銀行，參加銀行計有新加坡大華銀行、合作金庫、華南銀行、彰化銀行、土地銀行、台灣中小企業銀行、花旗銀行、永豐銀行及星展銀行等共12家，聯貸案順利籌組完成且超額認購達原推出金額的1.23倍，顯示金融同業對於福建福欣及台塑集團的支持。
