引渡林克穎　英國檢察官來台查證助攻

我國跨海要求英國引渡撞死孝子潛逃的英商林克穎，愛丁堡地方法院今天判林克穎必須引渡回台服刑，當初為了此案，英國代表台灣出庭引渡案論告的蘇格蘭檢察官David J Jackson，今年2月還以英國律師代表身分來台採證，這是去年10月台、英簽署「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」後，首度有英國檢察官來台採證。

David J Jackson今年2月，來台出席「國際刑事司法互助之實務與理論」研討會，並抽空訪談律師羅明通、交大科技法律研究所副教授林志潔及台北市律師公會理事長陳彥希，作為我方的專家證人，以針對林克穎方的證人艾琳達、陳達成等人的證詞作反擊。（胡守得／台北報導）
