鴻海內賊案 廖萬城籌足款交保

（中央社記者劉世怡台北18日電）北檢日前起訴鴻海公司內賊案，經移審，台北地院裁定前資深副總廖萬城3600萬元交保卻覓保無著，今天下午籌錢繳足獲釋。

台北地檢署偵查後認定，廖萬城、前總幹事鄧志賢、資深經理陳志釧透過白手套郝緒光，從民國98年7月至100年12月間向鴻海集團的10家供應商，依交易金額的比率，違背職務收受供應商給付的佣金，總計收受新台幣1億6232萬元。

北檢起訴廖萬城（在押）、鄧志賢（在押）、陳志釧、游吉安、蔡宗志5人及白手套郝緒光（在押）。

全案移審台北地院後，5月21日裁定廖男以3600萬元交保、鄧男3500萬元交保、郝男500萬元交保，都限制住居、出境、出海，每晚需到警局報到，但僅郝男籌足保金，廖男及鄧男均覓保無著還押。

法院指出，日前鄧男籌足保金而獲釋，今天則是廖男籌足保金獲釋。1030618
