前美國央行委員Stanley Druckenmiller與Kevin Warsh說,聯準會(Fed)的格外寬鬆貨幣政策,其實壓抑了經濟,越早退場越好。
退場必須要能被預測到,Druckenmiller與Warsh在周五的華爾街日報專欄上說。
「如果利率快速或意外變動,則自我膨脹式的資產負責表復甦便可能受創,」他們說。
他們觀點的重點在於,Fed的購債計劃只是一種「資產負債表復甦」,只對富人有利,而非小型企業與中產階級。
「資產價值上升,不會轉變為資本支出增加,企業投資成長疲弱,證實是勞工機會的殺手,」這二位分析師說。
在金融危機期間,Warsh任職於Fed,於2006年至2011年擔任理事。他從不支持量化寬鬆(QE),於2010年11月,他雖投票贊成QE2,卻公開懷疑其必要性。
Druckenmiller則是索羅斯基金管理公司前主管。
